Structure drawing and dimensions of electric single beam crane

Many friends don’t know much about the structure of electric single-beam cranes . They don’t know the structure of single-beam  Crane for sale . They don’t know much about the external dimensions. The editor will introduce the structure diagram and external dimensions of electric single-beam cranes.

Structure drawing and dimensions of electric single beam crane

The electric single-beam crane is used in conjunction with the CD1 single-speed electric hoist and the MD1 two-speed electric hoist. It consists of a main beam, two end beams, a cart operating mechanism, a wire rope electric hoist, and an electrical control system. As shown below:

The electric single-beam crane in the picture above has a driver’s cab, but it is currently used less, just for a more comprehensive introduction to the crane, so it is kept in the structural diagram.

The meanings of the 1-6 numbers in the figure have been marked in the figure, and some fixed values are also marked in the figure. You can see the meaning according to the figure. We don’t need to explain too much. We explain to you what the letters represent.

1. The letter S represents the span of the electric single-beam crane , which is the center distance between two parallel rails.

2. C1 and C2 represent the limit position of the crane hook running left and right. C1 is the left limit position, and C2 is the right limit position. Generally, the distance of C2 is longer than C1.

3. BQ stands for the length of the crane end beam. Common dimensions are 2500mm, 3000mm, 3500mm, 4000, 4500 and so on.

4. B represents the wheelbase of the crane end beam, that is, the center distance of the two traveling wheels on the same side.

5. H1 represents the wheel tread surface, that is, the span from the track surface to the top of the main beam.

6. H2 represents the minimum distance from the wheel tread to the hook. Generally, the wheel tread height is unchanged. If you want a higher lifting height for the crane, you must shorten the length of H2 and use a low headroom electric hoist.

7. H3 represents the span from the top surface to the lower part of the main beam, which is the overall height of the main beam. Generally, the larger the tonnage and span of the crane, the higher the height of the main beam.

The size of the electric single-girder crane is calculated and designed according to the crane’s tonnage, which can fully meet the customer’s requirements. Customers can also build a plant reasonably according to the drawing and the technical parameter table of the electric single-girder crane . The best use of plant space.
