Challenge:

A thermal processing plant in Philippines, needed a high-speed wire rope hoist. Used in a heat treating and quenching operation, the hoist crane machine had to have fast lifting speeds to ensure quick transport of a load from the oven to the quenching tank.
 
Previously, the application used a competitor’s electric hoist with a slow lifting speed, but faster speeds were required. 

Solution:

After checking with our clent's request, we provided a high-speed, monorail NR series wire rope hoist. With the NR European hoist in place, greatly speeding up the transport process.
