Based on his requirements, the low headroom wire rope hoist is recommended for it is not only headroom design but also very cost-effective. What’s more, the lead time is short.
The Singapore customer looked at the electric wire rope hoist drawings carefully and found that the size of the electric wire rope hoist was too large. It's almost 4m, which is not good for the application, which is shown as the following picture.
Solution 2: European style 15 ton 40 m electric wire rope hoist hoist with low headroom design

With deep communication, the low headroom electric hoist is required to be with dual hoisting speed, dual travelling speed, dual controls with remote control & pendent control, and dual braking. What’s more, the concern of the Singapore client is the delivery time, hoist price and hoist dimensions.
Due to the delivery time of European style wire rope hoist is 70 days at that time, the European style wire rope hoist solution is not selected by the Singapore client.

The European type electric chain hoist can meet the requirement of low headroom design and small size but with a little expensive price. For the 15 ton electric chain hoist adopt Schneider configuration and FEC chain.And all other requirements are all fulfilled, including the double hoisting and travelling speed, double control and double braking,etc. All of the these will ensure the safety and efficiency during operation.
