 Cantilever cranes are mainly used for small-scale movement, transportation and lifting of goods. The lifting weight is generally less than 5 tons. The arm can rotate 360 degrees around the column. Cantilever cranes generally need to be embedded in the foundation at the installation location, that is, according to the basic parameters of the crane at the installation location. Dig holes and pour concrete with a certain strength in the holes. Reinforcing bars can also be pre-embedded if necessary. Before pouring concrete, it is necessary to prepare several sets of embedded bolts matching the cantilever crane, and fix the position of the bolts before the concrete takes effect. The important thing in this step is the positioning of the embedded parts. If the deviation is too large, when the equipment arrives on site, the position of the hole and the embedded part will not match, resulting in failure to install. Therefore, in order to ensure accurate installation, it is better to locate it according to the template when embedding.

What should I pay attention to when installing a cantilever crane? After the equipment is transported to the site, check the product and technical documents according to the packing list for any loss of life, bending and torsion deformation of the cantilever beam, and corrosion of the shaft during transportation. Bumps, etc. should be corrected or restored separately. Column installation should keep the column vertical to the ground. The anchor plate screws should be tightened firmly without loosening. The floor and foundation should be well fitted. If equipped with electric hoist, the foundation should be embedded with cables and grounding facilities. Lead out from the center of the foundation, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 4 ohms. For beam installation, please proceed in the following order. First hoist the beam horizontally, and insert the rotating shaft into the rotating drum from the upper and lower pallets. Then install the reducer on the pallet and install the electric hoist on the cantilever beam track. Afterwards, all electrical appliances on the beam are connected and installed, and power cords of appropriate length are reserved.

The cantilever crane is light in work intensity. The crane consists of a column, a boom drive device and an electric hoist. The lower end of the column is fixed on the concrete foundation by anchor bolts, and the swing arm is driven by a cycloid gear reducer. The electric hoist runs in a straight line from left to right on the I-beam of the revolving arm to lift. The boom adopts a hollow steel structure, which is light in weight, large in span, large in lifting capacity, economical and durable. The built-in boom crane type traveling mechanism uses special engineering plastic traveling wheels, rolling bearings, low friction, fast moving speed, and small structure size, which is especially helpful to increase the traveling distance of the hook.
