Distribution of lubrication points of bridge crane mechanism :

1. All gear couplings;

2. Each reducer;

3. Each motor bearing;

4. All bearing boxes and bearings;

5. Each hinge point on the brake;

6. The movable parts of the long-stroke brake electromagnet and the hydraulic brake electromagnet;

7. Steel wire rope;

8. Fix both ends of the pulley shaft (on the trolley frame);

9. Thrust bearings at both ends of the hook pulley shaft and under the hook nut;

10. Bearings for cable reels, cable trailers, and suspended power supply devices;

11. Collector;

12. Rolling bearings of elevators;

13. Gears, screw rods and various hinge points on the rail clamp;

14. Grab upper and lower axles, guide rollers and each hinged axle hole.

There are two types of lubrication: dispersed lubrication and centralized lubrication. Medium and small bridge (gantry) cranes generally use dispersed lubrication. When lubricating, use an oil gun or an oil cup to fill each lubrication point with oil. Large-tonnage bridge (gantry) cranes use centralized lubrication. When lubricating, the fuel pump sends oil to each oil path through the main oil pipe.

Precautions for crane lubrication work

Lubricants must be kept clean during use. Check carefully before use. Do not use them if impurities or stolen goods are found. Pay attention to the changes of lubricants during use. If it is found to be deteriorated and invalid, it should be replaced in time.

Frequently check the lubrication system and the sealing condition of each part and the grease feeding situation carefully.

The lubrication point with higher temperature should increase the number of lubrication and install a temperature isolation or cooling device.

The rotating parts of each mechanism without oil filling points should be filled with oil into the rotating gaps with oiling tools as needed to reduce wear and prevent corrosion

base-resistant grease should not be used in damp places, because of its strong water absorption and easy failure

The pressure grease injection method should be used to ensure that the lubricant enters the friction surface. If the grease does not condense smoothly, the dilution method can be used to dredge
