What is the difference between the maintenance, major maintenance and transformation of hoisting machinery

 

1、 Crane maintenance and major maintenance

It refers to restoring the original technical performance and specification requirements of the hoist according to the technical specifications to make it in a good technical state. This kind of maintenance includes daily maintenance and routine maintenance, major repair and minor repair.

(1) The problem found during the daily maintenance was quite serious and required maintenance.

(2) During the monthly inspection, major problems were found to be repaired.

The main problems of various cranes are:

1: Problem with lifting system = = only lifting but not lowering / only lowering but not raising / damage of steel wire rope or ring chain / damage of spreader, etc

2: Fast slow problem = = line missing / local contactor damaged / frequency converter fault, etc

3: Crane gnawing rail = = = wheel bearing wear / rail deformation / steel structure deformation, etc.

4: Conductor aging = = = = = lack of phase / sliding conductor or collector wear, etc.

The major maintenance of the crane is not determined by the user, but can be implemented only after being recognized by the unit holding the maintenance qualification of special equipment or the local special equipment inspection organization.

2、 Transformation of crane, also known as technical transformation

It refers to improving the technical performance of the  Crane for sale on the basis of the original design through technical means. For example: improve the lifting capacity of the crane through technical transformation; Increased the lifting speed of goods and so on.
