1. Wire rope failure
Steel wire rope is an important force-bearing component of the equipment. During operation, the force of the wire rope is more complicated, which will produce extrusion stress, bending stress, tensile stress, etc., and will also be subjected to extrusion stress and bending when passing through pulleys and drums. Stress, so it is impossible to accurately calculate the force of the wire rope. When passing through the drum and pulley, the wire rope will bend repeatedly, and when the number of windings increases, the wire rope is prone to wear. In addition, wire rope failures are also related to maintenance, work intensity, and whether the diameter of the reel is appropriate.
2. Gear failure of reducer
The reducer is an important transmission structure in the equipment. When working, the reduction gear can adjust the running motor to an appropriate speed and generate a larger torque. However, in the process of torque transmission, gears are prone to failures, such as gear deformation, breakage, and fatigue pitting on the gear surface. The possible causes of these failures are: after the gear fatigue cracks, the gear is broken due to excessive load; when the load is large, the friction force of the transmission gear is too large, which causes the teeth to deform; the tooth surface is more dusty and clean. If the effect of the agent is not good, it will also cause the tooth surface to wear.
3. Wheel and track failure
