Egypt Crane Market Study 2022

 The Egyptian crane market surged to $X in 2020, an increase of X% over the previous year. Consumption continued to show resilient growth during the period under review. Egyptian crane import scale

Egypt’s largest crane suppliers by value are Italy ($X), China ($X) and France ($X), which together account for X% of total imports. AustriaGermany, the United StatesSweden, and South Korea experienced a more modest pace of growth in purchases compared to import values during the period under review.

Italy, China and France are Egypt’s largest crane suppliers by value, together accounting for 58% of total imports. Austria, Germany, the United States, Sweden, South Korea, TurkeyBelgium and Japan are slightly behind with a combined 31%.

In terms of value, Saudi Arabia emerged as the main foreign market for Egyptian crane exports, accounting for 94% of total exports. In second place is Kenya, which accounts for 6% of total exports.

In 2020, the average export price of cranes was US$4,220 per unit, an increase of 278% over the previous year.

The average import price for cranes in 2020 was $4,724 per unit, a -32% decrease from the previous year.
