In October of 2016, Yuantai crane machine, the branch company of Dongqi Group, attended the Canton Fair and received the lifting requirements of a Trinidad and Tobago customer who needs proper material handling equipment in the workshop. The Trinidad and Tobago customer is a boss who knows the crane, but he’s not confirmed with main parameters or specifications of overhead crane, such as, span, etc. Just know the capacity and European type crane. Well, it is not a problem for Yuantai Crane. It’s our specialties to find the most suitable material handling equipment for your application.
After talking with the Trinidad and Tobago customer, Yuantai Crane learnt that the warehouse has been finished and just need crane and rail. So he sent me the workshop drawing to confirm the span and lifting height.
According to the workshop drawing, our engineer confirmed the span and lifting height and designs the European standard single girder overhead crane drawings. And then we quoted the price to my customer.
After received the price quotation and technical drawing of the European standard single girder overhead crane, the customer comments:
“Thank you for the price quotation and the technical drawings and information about the crane. I am very impressed by your Chinese efficiency and very prompt communication.
This design can meet our request. Additionally, I wanted to purchase some spare parts also, I would prefer to purchase them from you. In the meantime please send your deposit contract through Alibaba so we can send deposit.”

The Trinidad and Tobago customer is very satisfied with this business traveling and told Yuantai crane that they will pay balance payment soon and also purchase chain hoist.
