1. KPX battery power supply

2. KPJ cable reel power supply

3. KPD low-voltage rail power supply

The first step: the ground step-down transformer converts the 380V power supply into a safe voltage of 36V
Step 2: Connect the safety voltage of 36V to the running rail of the vehicle
The third step: the electric appliance of the vehicle fetches electricity from the guide rail to the vehicle
Step 4: The vehicle step-up transformer will increase the voltage from 36V to 380V and send it to the vehicle control box
4. KPT towed power supply
Brief introduction to the working principle of the KPT towing power supply rail flat car: the same as the KPJ working principle, this device has no reel, and the length of the cable is suitable to be less than 30 meters, and the cable is towed during the driving of the vehicle.
5. KPC sliding contact line power supply

An additional hinge cover is installed on the surface of the trench.
6. Diesel engine power supply for railway
Introduction to the working principle of rail flat cars powered by diesel engines for railways. Diesel generators directly generate electricity to provide power for the vehicles.
7. No power series, manual push or external traction
Introduction: Towed by artificial propulsion or equipment with traction function.
2. Trackless flat cars can be divided into 3 models
1. Solid trackless rubber wheels
Introduction: The trackless rubber-wheeled electric flat car with solid tires is equipped with a long-distance portable remote control, using polyurethane solid wheels and a hydraulic steering structure.
2. Pneumatic tire type
Introduction: It is similar to the solid tire equipment, but changed to pneumatic tires.
3. With driver’s seat
Introduction: The battery electric pallet truck with a driver’s seat usually uses solid rubber wheels.
