On 25th Nov. 2017 we Henan Yuantai Crane Machinery Dongqi Group received an inquiry message on our website.

It is from one customer in Thailand and she says that:

“ Please kindly quote to us 4 sets of
- 2 Tons Electric Hoist (Explosion Proof)
We intended to use them at our oil terminal in Thailand. Kindly forward to us as Well brochure / specification / data sheet for our reference.”

For the hoist, we need to know the lifting capacity, lifting height and voltage to make the quotation. Obviously the inquiry message from the Thailand customer is not complete, so we quickly reply her an email to ask the detail specifications.

The customer reply me very soon and tell me lots of the details about this explosion-proof hoist:
“ 2 Tons Electric Hoist (Explosion Proof) x 4 sets
- Lifting height shall be 4 m. or 5 m. (We would like to know if there is any price difference on these 2 height level. Kindly quote for both.)
- Power supply shall be 220 Volts 50 Hz. (These hoist shall be installed at the oil terminal in Thailand.)
- These hoists shall be installed on an overhead steel structural beam. However, this structure has not yet been designed but will comply with whatsoever the hoist required. In fact, if it has a simple hook at the hoist, it would be the best easiest solution.
- Please kindly note that we do not need to have traveling motor for the hoist. In fact, these hoists are expected to only lift vertically at one fixed position.
- For the lifting speed, we do not have any special or particular requirement. Please propose as per your standard product available. Also, no need to have dual speed.
