(1) Stop the crane to the designated position.

(2) Park the car to the parking position.

(3) Raise the front frame and hook it with a safety hook. At this time, the hook indicator light in the cab will be on.

(4) Put all the operating handles of the cab to the zero position, and return the switches to the designated positions.

(5) When a storm is forecast, the outdoor crane must lower the trolley and anchor the anchor plate to secure the crane.

(6) Check and repair the fault, and confirm that the lubrication of each device is good, so that the next time the machine can be turned on, the best condition can be maintained.

(7) In order to prevent persons unrelated to the crane from entering the machine room and the cab, the cab and the machine room should be locked. Close and lock the safety door at the entrance of the cab.

If someone takes over after work, the crane driver must do the following handover tasks:

1) Clear the class tasks, technical requirements and safety precautions;

2) Check the power supply voltage, check the integrity and sensitivity of each brake, each safety limit, and hook insurance; check whether the wire rope arrangement is intact, whether it jumps out of the wheel groove and the wire rope wear; experiment each power transmission system Whether there is abnormal noise and vibration. The problem should be eliminated before booting;

3) Clear the maintenance, use, operation conditions and existing problems.

4) Operators should wear labor protection equipment correctly and correct violations of safety production regulations.

5) Operators on shift are responsible for the sanitation of machinery and equipment.
