Preparation before installation:
Preparation personnel: 2 welders and 2 electricians;
Preparation tools: safety helmet and safety belt, electrician’s tools, crimping pliers, wire nose (the wire nose is selected according to the current size of the equipment), 1 set of welding machine and tools, 1 set of lifting electromagnet, 15 meters long with a load of 5 tons One crane, and cables of various specifications for measuring the distance between field devices.
Installation instructions:
1. According to the workshop management method, complete the safety equipment;
2. Climb up the double-beam driving, confirm the installation positions of the power outage magnetism-preserving rectifier control cabinet, rectifier transformer, battery pack, and cable reel, and measure the distance;
3. Measure the distance of the above-mentioned installation equipment, and estimate the length of the cable to be equipped, and hand it over to the buyer to purchase the cable;
4. Use a crane to hoist the power failure magnetism rectification control cabinet and components, and the cable reel to the installation position, and fix it;
5. Install one end of the cable connector to the cable of the cable reel;
6. Connect the cables from the power supply to the power failure magnetism-preserving rectifier control cabinet, to the battery pack, and to the cable drum;
7. Weld a fixed channel steel of the cable connector on the crane main hook, and fix one end of the cable connector on the channel steel;
8. Pull down the cable of the cable reel, then the cable connector on the cable reel end and the cable connector on the main hook are locked and connected;
9. Hang the lifting electromagnet to the main hook of the double-beam crane and connect the cable;
10. Check again whether the cable connection of each line is qualified. After confirming that there is no problem, you can power on the test;
11. During the power-on test, adjust the rectification control cabinet of the lifting electromagnet according to the voltage and frequency of use on site to adjust the current to the best;
12. Repeated suction and discharge for more than 10 times, the voltage is normal, the current is normal, and the suction and lifting capacity is up to standard, that is, the single-beam crane is successfully installed with the lifting electromagnet and can be put into production.
Matters needing attention
A. During the installation process, there will be a short circuit of the electromagnetic chuck and safety accidents of the installer. In order to avoid similar situations, you must follow the process when installing the electromagnetic chuck.
B. Certain safety measures for high-altitude operations;
C. Do not work with electricity, safety first;
D. Pay attention to the connecting cables between the lifting electromagnet and various accessories: high-quality rubber-sheathed flexible cables should not be too thick and too thin. Too thin will cause the cable to heat up and even burn the cable.
E. After the installation is completed, regularly maintain the lifting electromagnet, the power-off magnetic-preserving rectification control system, and the cable reel, and check whether the electrical components of the rectification control cabinet are loose.
F. After the lifting electromagnet is energized, it is forbidden to stand around to ensure the normal operation of the electromagnet and the safety of personnel.
