What are the requirements for electrical equipment of jib crane

 The electrical equipment of jib crane shall be suitable for use under the actual environment and operating conditions specified in the specifications and regulations. When the actual environment and operating conditions exceed the specified range, there shall be an agreement between the supplier and the user  Crane for sale , and the specific data of electrical equipment shall be specified by the corresponding product standards.

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC): electrical equipment shall not produce electromagnetic disturbance level higher than that suitable for the intended use. In addition, electrical equipment shall also have sufficient anti electromagnetic disturbance capability to enable it to work normally in the expected environment.

Ambient temperature: electrical equipment shall be able to work normally at the predetermined ambient temperature. General requirements for all electrical equipment shall be able to work normally within the ambient temperature range of O ℃ ~ + 40 ℃. For high temperature environments (such as tropical areas, steel mills, paper mills) and cold environments, additional requirements must be specified.

Humidity: when the maximum temperature is + 40 ℃, the relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 50%, and the electrical equipment shall be able to work normally. Higher humidity is allowed at lower temperature, such as 90% at 20 ℃.

If the humidity is high, appropriate additional facilities (such as built-in heater, air conditioner and drainage hole) shall be used to avoid the harmful effect of accidental condensation.

Altitude: electrical equipment shall be able to work normally below 1000m altitude. When the normal specified altitude is exceeded, it shall be corrected.

Protection: the electrical equipment of the jib crane shall be provided with protective measures to prevent the invasion of solids and liquids. If there are pollutants (such as dust, acids, corrosive gases and salts) in the actual environment where the electrical equipment is installed, the adaptability of the electrical equipment shall be improved to ensure the normal use of the equipment in the life cycle.
